| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store (products), and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Payment can be made via our secure credit card facility your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Alternativley by sending a cheque (UK Currency only) made out to SImply TRA Limited and sent to Simply TRA Limited, Mayfield, The Street, Preston St Mary, Suffolk, CO10 9NE. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling All products are shiped by First Class Recorded Post requiring a signiture on delivery, or equivalent signiture on delivery if elsewhere in the world. We do this is to help protect both parties in the event goods going astray, this also gives us the facility to track shipments and insure against loss. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order in 4 - 7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 - 14 days. However, with over 1000 designs we sometimes can be out of stock when the order is received. In this case it can take up to 28 days to deliver your order. We order from our suppliers in the USA every 5/7 days and it can take upto 14 days to reach us from the supplier before we despatch your order. If you have to meet a date like a birthday, please email us and we will confirm that we can meet the delivery date required. Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we do not authorise card payments until the day of dispatch. |
